Micromasclismes en l’adolescència. Un cas d’estudi a l’ensenyament secundari de l’IES Isabel de Villena (València)

Abstract

Les conductes masclistes i, sobretot, els micromasclismes són un problema actual derivats de la societat patriarcal en què vivim. Ningú no escapa d’aquesta realitat, i encara menys els i les adolescents, el grup social més vulnerable i influenciable d’aquest sistema patriarcal. L’objectiu del nostre treball és observar i analitzar com canvien aquestes conductes masclistes al llarg de l’adolescència. Enfocarem el nostre estudi al centre IES Isabel de Villena, situat a València, concretament al barri de la Malva-rosa. L’eina que utilitzarem serà l’enquesta, aquesta estarà composta per vint preguntes (afirmacions masclistes) on els alumnes de 1r d’ESO, 4t d’ESO, i 1r i 2n de batxillerat hauran de respondre amb una escala de valors que anirà des de d’acord fins a desacord, passant per neutre. Cal avançar que aquest treball consta de mancances ja que els individus estudiats variaran segons l’edat, per tant no sabrem amb exactitud com evolucionen les conductes masclistes de cada individu, sinó que haurem de fer una aproximació a aquesta evolució amb individus distints però pertinents a un mateix àmbit escolar. Finalment, observarem que, en general, sí que hi ha una evolució positiva pel que respecta a la conscienciació sobre la societat masclista en la que vivim, ja que hi ha una diferència considerable entre les respostes de l’alumnat de 1r d’ESO amb les respostes de l’alumnat dels cursos més alts.

The sexist behaviours and the micromasclisms are a current problem derived from the patriarchal society where we live. Nobody escapes this reality, and even less so, adolescents, the most vulnerable and influential social group of this patriarchal system. The objective of our work is to observe and analyse how these sexist behaviour change during adolescence. We will focus our study at the high school Isabel de Villena, placed in the neighbourhood of La Malva-rosa, Valencia. The tool that we have used is the survey, it’s composed of twenty questions (sexist affirmations) where students of 1st and 4 th of secondary school, and 1st and 2nd of A level have responded with a scale of values that will go from agree to disagreement, going through neutral. It is necessary to advance that this work has deficiencies, because the participants will vary according to the age, therefore we will not know with exactitude how evolve the sexist behaviours of each individual, but we will have to make an approximation to this evolution with different but pertinent individuals to the same school environment. Finally, we observe that, in general, there is a positive evolution regarding the awareness about the sexist society where we live, since there is a considerable difference between the answers of the students of 1st secondary school with the answers of the students of the higher level.
