Brinder. Propuesta de Sitcom

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo constituye el proyecto de preproducción de una serie incluida en el género sitcom. La historia y guión son originales de las autoras, Noelia Martín Cárcel y Sara Medina Carrión, alumnas de Cuarto del Grado en Comunicación Audiovisual de la Universitat Jaume I de Castelló. Brinder habla sobre la vida de un grupo de universitarios que, aunque todavía son muy jóvenes para saber quienes son o qué esperar de la vida, tratan de averiguarlo con altas dosis de humor. La serie, que no es paródica, se presenta bajo un tono sarcástico y roza lo absurdo en determinadas ocasiones. El proyecto surge de un reto personal, el de crear la trama de un universo seriado, cuyo epicentro sean las narrativas transmedia alrededor de una comedia de situación. Del mismo modo, dicho TFG refleja un soporte teórico y de investigación, donde se ahonda en el legado representacional del que venimos bebiendo, tanto espectadores como creadores. Para su realización se ha planteado un proyecto de producción basado en el guión (técnico y literario) del capítulo piloto así como los arcos narrativos de la primera temporada. Finalmente, se distingue un plan de explotación adecuado a las características de Brinder, al igual que conclusiones sobre el trabajo y anexos. La realización de dicho guión busca potenciar el ingenio narrativo y creativo aplicado a las paradojas del humor, trabajadas a lo largo de la carrera.

The following work constitutes the pre-production project of a series included in the genre sitcom. The story and script are original by the authors, Noelia Martín Cárcel and Sara Medina Carrión, fourth grade students in Audiovisual Communication at the Universitat Jaume I of Castelló. Brinder talks about the life of a group of university students who, although they are still too young to know who they are or what to expect from life, try to find out with high doses of humour. The series, which is not parody, is presented in a sarcastic tone and touches on the absurd on certain occasions. The project arises from a personal challenge, to create the plot of a serial universe, whose epicentre is the transmedia narratives around a situation comedy. In the same way, this Final Degree Project reflects a theoretical and research support, which delves into the representational legacy we have been taking, both spectators and creators. For its realization, a production project has been proposed based on the script (technical and literary) of the pilot episode, as well as the narrative arcs of the first season. Finally, there is an exploitation plan adapted to the characteristics of Brinder, as well as conclusions about the work and annexes. The script seeks to enhance the narrative and creative ingenuity applied to the paradoxes of humour, worked throughout the career.
