dc.description | Objetivo: La generalización de las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación (TICs) en la sociedad está cambiando la forma de establecer relaciones sociales, laborales, y económicas. Por ello, fomentar el uso de las TICs en personas con Trastorno Mental Grave (TMG) favorecerá su inclusión social. El empleo que hagan, dependerá de las características individuales como el nivel de alfabetización o la cronicidad del trastorno. (Mateu-Mateu, J. Mª., y Navarro Gómez, N., 2015). Por tanto, se estableció como objetivo de estudio promover el uso de las TICs en rehabilitación psicosocial en personas con TMG. Para ello, se propuso la utilización de una aplicación de herramienta de autor, denominada TinyTap, para facilitar la adquisición de conocimientos y funcionalidad hacia las TICs, así como, aumentar su creatividad y confianza. Método: La muestra consta de 6 usuarios (Media edad = 42) diagnosticados de esquizofrenia. Los participantes debían mostrar estabilidad clínica y asistir al Centro de Rehabilitación e Inserción Social (CRIS) de forma continua. Se usaron 9 dispositivos electrónicos y la aplicación para que los usuarios diseñaran actividades. Además, se crearon 2 cuestionarios cualitativos y se registró la asistencia y el número de preguntas que realizaba cada usuario en la elaboración de juegos. Resultados y conclusiones: Se emplearon un total de 43 sesiones de una hora para desarrollar el estudio experimental. En primer lugar, se obtuvo la elaboración de un manual sobre la aplicación para facilitar la comprensión a los usuarios. En segundo lugar, la asistencia continua, el descenso del número de preguntas realizadas y los 8 juegos creados, reflejaron el aprendizaje adquirido. Por último, los cuestionarios cualitativos manifestaron que al usar la aplicación y el dispositivo, los pacientes han percibido un aumento en su creatividad, del trabajo en equipo y de la capacidad y motivación para usar las TICs en la vida diaria. | ca_CA |
dc.description.abstract | Objective: The generalization that is making society of information and communication technologies (ICTs), is changing the way to establish social, laboral, and economical relations. So, promote the use of ICT in people with severe mental disorder (SMD) will favor their social inclusion. The use that they make will depend by individual characteristics such as, literacy level or the chronicity of the disorder. (Mateu-Mateu, J. Mª., y Navarro Gómez, N., 2015). Therefore, the aim of the study is to promote the use of ICTs in psychosocial rehabilitation on SMD patients. For it, it was proposed the use of an authoring tool application, called TinyTap, to facilitate knowledge adquiring and functionality towards ICTs of patients, as well as; their creativity, self-esteem and security. Method: The sample consists on 6 patients (Average age = 42) diagnostic of schizophrenia. They had to show clinical stability and attend continuously the Center for Rehabilitation and Social Insertion (CRIS). It was used 9 electronic devices and the autor tool application, which allows patients design their own activities. In addition, it were created 2 qualitattive questionnaires and the attendance and the number of questions during games design were recorded. Results and conclusions: The totality of the experimental study consisted of 43 one hour sessions. In first place, it was obtained the development of the application manual to facilitate patients the understanding. In second place, the continuous assistance, the decrease of the number of questions that patients maked and the 8 games that they create, reflected the acquired learning. Finally, qualitattive questionnaires reveal that patients have perceived, that using the electronic deviced and the autor tool application have increase their creativity; teamwork skills and their ability and motivation to use new technologies in their daily life. | ca_CA |
