Acabem amb la violència en les aules

Abstract

La violència en les aules és una realitat, són molt comuns les males respostes i les faltes de respecte, dels alumnes dels centres escolars, cap a companys, equip docent i familiars. El procés que s'ha de seguir per a acabar amb aquest tipus de comportament ha de ser molt pautat i molt extens però encara tenint en compte aquest fet, em sent amb moltes esperances que aquest projecte pilot, siga l'inici i en un futur es puguen dur a terme projectes, sobre l'erradicació de la violència en les aules, més extensos i que vagen acompanyats d'uns majors resultats d'èxit, ja que aniran destinats a més quantitat d'alumnes, familiars i docents. L'objectiu del treball és, d'acord amb els fonaments teòrics i legislatius, elaborar una programació que recollirà els criteris que s'han de seguir i en el que ens hem de basar per a crear un projecte amb el qual, des de els cicles d'Infantil es puga treballar la cooperació i respecte entre companys. La proposta d'aquest treball està pensada per a dur-la terme en grups petits, d'uns 10 o 15 alumnes, però prestant en tot moment una atenció individualitzada a les característiques que cada un dels alumnes presente, podent treballar així les diferents reaccions actitudinals que tenen alguns alumnes en concret, però utilitzar-ho perquè la resta entenga quina és una actitud respectuosa o quina no. El treball multidisciplinari entre els diferents professionals del centre que participen en el procés i amb l'ajuda dels familiars que hi vulguen formar part, generalitzarà l'èxit d'aquest. Respecte al mestre/a, dins d'aquest procés li correspon el manteniment i millora de la convivència dels alumnes en els diferents contexts en els quals conviuen, assegurant que els alumnes assistents a les jornades previnguen, negocien i finalment mitjancen amb la persona que estan tenint un conflicte o discussió abans de reaccionar amb l'auto impuls, al qual habitualment estan acostumats i així aprendre a reduir l'ansietat que se'ls presenta en situacions violentes.

Violence in the classroom is a reality, they are very common poor responses and disrespect, of students from schools, towards classmates, teaching staff and relatives. The objective of the study is, according to the theoretical and legislative fundamentals, to elaborate a programme that will gather the criteria to be followed and which we must rely on to create a project with which, from the children's cycles, the Cooperation and respect among colleagues. The proposal of this work is designed to carry it in small groups, about 10 or 15 pupils, but providing individualized attention to the characteristics that each of the students present, being able to work like this the different reactions People who have some specific students, but use it because the rest is a respectful attitude or not. The multidisciplinary work among the different professionals of the centre that participate in the process and with the help of the relatives who wish to form part of it, will generalize the success of the same. Regarding the teacher, within this process is responsible for maintaining and improving the coexistence of students in the different contexts in which they coexist, ensuring that the students attending the meetings prevent, negotiate and finally mediate with the Person who are having a conflict or discussion before reacting with the self-impulse, to which they are habitually accustomed and thus learn to reduce the anxiety that they are presented to them in violent situations.
