Instrumentos de evaluación y tratamiento del menor en casos de violencia en las relaciones de pareja

Abstract

La violencia contra la pareja supone una preocupación social, es un fenómeno asociado a los papeles y roles sociales de género. Hoy en día este problema presenta grandes interrogantes en cuanto a su desarrollo y control. Se presenta un análisis estadístico a nivel nacional sobre los casos detectados entre el año 2012-2017. A lo largo de este trabajo se explicará qué es la violencia en las relaciones de parejas adolescentes, cómo afectan éstas en el sujeto y aquellos factores que aumentan la probabilidad de adoptar una conducta violenta en el futuro. Este trabajo se centra principalmente en el menor agresor y en su tratamiento, buscando su reeducación y resocialización, con el fin de disminuir y/o eliminar este problema en un futuro. Para ello, se han utilizado diferentes instrumentos de evaluación, con la finalidad de detectar casos de violencia machista. De esta manera, se da un énfasis especial a los programas de prevención, tanto primaria, secundaria o terciaria, evaluando la fiabilidad y la validez de éstos. El objetivo de dichos programas es conocer mejor las relaciones violentas en población adolescente, así como crear habilidades para poder solucionar los conflictos de una manera alternativa a la violencia. Además, se intenta predecir el riesgo de reincidencia de aquellos sujetos que han ejercido la violencia en su relación de pareja a través de la aplicación de los instrumentos y programas seleccionados.

Violence against the couple is a social concern, and it is a phenomenon which is associated to social gender roles. Nowadays, this problem still endures many questions in terms of its development and its control. It will be shown a statistic study at a national level on the detected cases between 2012-2017. This dissertation will explain what gender violence is in teenager partners, how this affects to the subject and those factors which increase the probability of adopting a violent behaviour in future times. The approach of this study is mainly focused in the attacker minor and their treatment, seeking their re-education and re-socialization, in aim of decreasing and/or solving this problem in the times to come. In order to do that, various instruments of evaluation have been used for detecting gender violence cases. Therefore, there will be an especial emphasis in preventive programmes - either primary, secondary or tertiary - while evaluating their reliability and validity. The principal objective of these programmes is getting to know better the violent relationships in the teenager population, along with managing to create new skills in aim of solving the conflicts in an alternative way rather than the use of violence. Furthermore, this dissertation will also try to predict the risk of relapse in those subjects who have done gender violence by applying some selected instruments and programmes.
