Voler és poder?

Abstract

When there’s a will, there’s a way? Is a socio-community action project, in which work with Roma population is working. This project takes place in Castelló, and more specifically in the Sant Llorenç neighbourhood. The project’s main objective is to analyse and denounce the barriers found from the intervention with students of first of high school of the Carles Selma school, intervention carried out to motivate students to train for study and work. All this is intented to be achieved through narrative and exposition of the facts, as well as doing a reflexive analysis finally in order to conclude with the causes and effects that can cause this barriers. In the results of these work, firstly, a comparison was made between the threats, opportunities, weaknesses and personal streangths appearing throughtout the trajectory and developement, Moreover there also been barriers found depending on the type and impact caused.

“VOLER ÉS PODER?” és un projecte d’acció sociocomunitària, en el qual es treballa amb població gitana. Aquest projecte té lloc a Castelló i, més concretament, al barri Sant Llorenç. El projecte té com a objectiu principal analitzar i denunciar les barreres trobades a partir de la intervenció amb l’alumnat de primer d’ESO (Educació Secundària Obligatòria) del centre CEIP Carles Selma del barri Sant Llorenç de Castelló. Intervenció duta a terme per a tractar de motivar a l’alumnat cap a la formació i la vida laboral. Tot açò es pretén aconseguir mitjançant la narració i exposició dels fets, així com fent una anàlisi reflexiu finalment per tal de concloure amb les causes i efectes que poden provocar aquestes barreres. Als resultats d’aquest treball, en primer lloc, s’ha fet una comparació entre les amenaces, oportunitats, debilitats i fortaleses personals aparegudes durant tota la trajectòria i desenvolupament. Per altra banda, a més, s’han classificat les barreres trobades segons el tipus i l’impacte originat.
