Los niños de la Antigua Roma

Abstract

Este trabajo de fin de grado está basado en la vida de las personas de la Antigua Roma. En la elección de este tema se ve reflejado mi gran interés por la historia que se puede encontrar en mi pueblo, Sagunto, donde se encuentra el Castillo Romano y gran información sobre la vida, creencias y costumbres de ellos. Vi una gran oportunidad para poder elaborar un TFG sobre la Cultura Clásica, donde los niños y niñas de hoy en día no tienen mucha información. Asimismo, es un tema que no se da hasta llegar a la ESO. Me parece interesante que los niños y niñas sepan la vida que los niños de su edad tenían hace dos mil años, pudiéndose comparar con lo que antes tenían y lo que tienen ahora, y las cosas que siguen habiendo actualmente.

This degree final project is based in the life of Ancient Rome’s people. The choice of this topic reflects my great interest in the history of Sagunto, my town, where a Roman Castle can be found and great information about the life, beliefs and customs of Ancient Rome. I saw it as an opportunity to develop a Project on Classical Culture, a topic in which today children do not have a lot of information. Furthermore, it is a topic barely studied during high school years. I find interesting that children get to know how the life of children their age was two thousand years ago, being able to compare what they had and what they have now, and the things that are still the same.
