Ser feliç mitjançant el coneixement de les emocions

Abstract

The present project treats to do an intervention Emotional Intelligence in a Spanish company that wants to expand to the international field. Therefore, they shout us to us for that do an evaluation and an intervention, for can improve aspects of the workers, and that they do the every time better work. For this, decides do an evaluation with the test MSCEIT and him autoreport TMMS-24, with one pre-test and two post-test, and like this can determine his improvement Emotional Intelligence. The intervention will be related in the Model of skill of Mayer and Salovey, and therefore, will do in order to the four dimensions: perception, facilitation, knowledge and regulation of the emotions. This intervention will do to the executives of the company and to the intermediate drivings, in order to that they are able to transmit later the knowledges purchased to the rest of the industrious base of the organisation. The last part of the intervention will take place only for the executives people, since they are they those who have to carry forward the organisation in his decisions, and therefore, have to be prepared emotionally. Once done the intervention and the evaluation expects that there is an improvement in the results, and therefore, that have a repercussion in the company.

El present projecte tracta de fer una intervenció en Intel·ligència Emocional en una empresa espanyola que vol expandir-se a l’àmbit internacional. Per això, ens criden a nosaltres per a que fem una avaluació i una intervenció, per poder millorar aspectes dels treballadors, i que facen el treball cada vegada millor. Per a això, es decideix fer una avaluació amb el test MSCEIT i l’autoinforme TMMS-24, amb un pre-test i dos post-test, i així poder determinar la seua millora en Intel·ligència Emocional. La intervenció estarà relacionada en el Model d’habilitat de Mayer i Salovey, i per això, es farà en ordre a les quatre rames: percepció, facilitació, coneixement i regulació de les emocions. Aquesta intervenció es farà als directius/ves de l’empresa i als comandaments intermedis, per tal de que siguen capaços de transmetre posteriorment els coneixements adquirits a la resta dels treballadors base de l’organització. L’última part de la intervenció tindrà lloc només per a les persones directives, ja que són elles els qui han de dur endavant l’organització en les seues decisions, i per tant, han d’estar preparades emocionalment. Una vegada feta la intervenció i l’avaluació s’espera que hi haja una millora en els resultats, i per tant, que tinga una repercussió en l’empresa.
