El perfil del menor infractor. Perfil general y perfil del menor que comete el delito de daños contra la propiedad

Abstract

Reunir las características del menor infractor en nuestro país, para así configurar su perfil, se presenta como una de las vías para combatir la criminalidad juvenil. Previo a la detección de dichas características, se hace necesario conocer el contexto que rodea a este tipo de criminalidad, como el marco legal que establece la Ley Orgánica reguladora de la responsabilidad penal de los menores, el carácter multicausal del delito y el análisis de variables estadísticas que aporten datos sobre la trayectoria delincuencial juvenil de determinada serie temporal. Además, será tratado el perfil de los menores que cometen el delito de daños contra la propiedad, haciendo referencia al sexo y la edad de estos. El fin principal es comparar el perfil general del menor infractor con el de este tipo concreto de tipología delictiva, también llevada a cabo por menores infractores

To gather the characteristics of the minor offender in our country, in order to configure his profile, is presented as one of the ways to combat juvenile criminality. Before to the detection of these characteristics, it’s necessary to know the context surrounding this type of crime, such as the legal framework established by the Organic Law regulating the criminal responsibility of minors, the multi-causal nature of crime and the analysis of variables statistics that provide data on the juvenile delinquency trajectory of a certain time series. In addition, the profile of minors who commit the crime of damages against property will be treated, making reference to their sex and age. The main purpose is to compare the general profile of the minor offender with that of this particular type of criminal typology, also carried out by juvenile offenders.
