In the globalized world we live in, increasing our Human Capital is of vital importance, high educational levels, good health conditions together with the help of the family can increase productive capacities, thus being able to join the labor market more easily because in the society of knowledge that we are possessing skills adapted to current production processes is fundamental. Therefore, individuals must increasingly be prepared to add value to an organization, a company and a society.
