Abstract

The term conciliation is today one of the buzzwords, the achievement of a job that allows to devote time to both the family and yourself, is one of the great achievements to conquer society. We will analyze the status of this achievement, the governmental, supra-governmental and optional measures taken by companies in Spain. We will analyze the possibilities for both large companies and SMEs, focusing on the reason for this reconciliation, what benefits it entails, and not just for the worker. After having verified all these concepts, we will analyze a company of recognized name in our Community, being this one of the companies that more conciliation policies give it’s to your workers.
