Beneficios de incorporar la música al ámbito empresarial

Abstract

La finalidad de este trabajo es mostrar la utilidad que otorgaría la introducción de la música, así como sus aspectos positivos, en el mundo laboral. En un primer lugar se explica el porqué de elegir este tema para el TFG ya que intento plasmar la importancia que la música tiene para mí y ha tenido a lo largo de mi vida y como creo que ésta contribuiría favorablemente a la vida de las personas; luego, ya entrando en el marco teórico, en base a los estudios y las investigaciones que se han hecho con la música en el ámbitos de la medicina y la educación, se extraen gran cantidad de beneficios, que posteriormente se pretenden ajustar a las necesidades de la empresa. Para esto, se explica qué es una empresa, cómo se ha ido transformando en función de la evolución de la sociedad y la necesidad de éstas de contar con trabajadores cualificados, qué enfermedades laborales les afectan y cómo puede influir la música en ellos para lograr prevenirlas, mejorando todas las facciones de su vida y a su vez el global de la organización. Para finalizar, se desarrolla una propuesta como método de introducción de la música en la empresa y se explica una encuesta donde se intenta plasmar la importancia que las personas le dan a la música y cuál sería su reacción al tenerla presente en su entorno laboral.

The aim of this project is to highlight the usefulness that would be granted by the intro-duction of music along with its positive aspects in the world of work. In the first place, it is supported and explained why the choice of this topic for my TFG, since I will try to capture the importance that music has and has had for me along my life. I strongly be-lieve that music would contribute favourably to people's lives. Then, more a theoretical frame is explored, based on previous studies and research which have been carried out on music in the fields of medicine and education. Those studies have proved that a large number of benefits can be extracted from the use of music in such settings. Those be-nefits then might be applied and adjusted after a needs analysis in a company. To achieve this, there is a detailed description of what a company is and how companies have been gradually transformed its functions according to the evolution of society. Be-sides, it will be taken into consideration the companies' need to have skilled workers, what work-related diseases affect them and thus how music can help them not only to achieve prevention but also to improve any aspects of their lives and in more global aspect in the company. Finally, a proposal is developed as a method of introduction of music in the company and a survey is presented in which both the importance that people give to music and what their reaction would be to having it present in their work environment are explored.
