Millora del desenvolupament dels infants i del benestar dels pares a través del suport familiar en atenció primerenca

Abstract

La família és clau des del primer moment del naixement del xiquet, per això, des de l’atenció primerenca és de vital importància centrar-se en els familiars, perquè són ells els primers observadors directes del desenvolupament dels infants. El present treball d’investigació acció es realitza en un Centre de Desenvolupament Infantil i Atenció Primerenca (CDIAT) on es treballa per la inclusió de les famílies al complet i es dóna un suport individualitzat i centrat en les seues necessitats. Mitjançant una proposta d’intervenció, es vol aconseguir potenciar el desenvolupament dels xiquets amb dificultats primerenques a través del suport a la família, així com repercutir positivament en el benestar d’aquesta a través de la dotació d’estratègies pràctiques per a potenciar el desenvolupament. El treball es realitza amb dues famílies amb fills que pateixen dificultats primerenques (Trastorn de l’Espectre Autista i/o prematuritat) amb edats compreses entre 3 mesos i 3 anys. Amb la col·laboració d’aquestes famílies i el CDIAT, es duu a terme un pre test per a conéixer la línia base, una intervenció en l'entorn natural de cada família individualitzada i adaptada a les seues necessitats i un post test per comprovar l'eficàcia de la intervenció. Els resultats evidencien que l’acció amb la família ha tingut repercussions positives, tant en el benestar dels pares i mares, com en el desenvolupament dels infants amb necessitats primerenques. Com a conclusió es pot dir que a través d’un treball molt elaborat, amb una metodologia participativa i coordinat, ha fet que es puguen complir els objectius plantejats de manera directa.

The family is the key from the first moment of the birth of the child, therefore, from the early attention is of vital importance to focus on the relatives, bacause they are the first direct observers of the development of the children. The present work of action research is carried out in an Early Childhood Development Center (CDIAT) where it is worked for the inclusion of families in full and gives an individualized support and focused on their needs. Through an intervention proposal, we want to promote the development of children with early difficulties through the support to the family, as well as having a positive impact on the welfare of the family through the provision of practical strategies to enhance development. The work is carried out with two families with children who suffer early difficulties (Autism Spectrum Disorder and / or prematurity) with ages between 3 months and 3 years. With the collaboration of these families and the CDIAT, a pre test is carried out to know the baseline, an intervention in the natural environment of each individualized family and adapted to their needs and a final test to verify the effectiveness of the intervention. The results show that the action with the family has had positive repercussions, both in the well-being of the parents and in the development of the children with early needs. In conclusion, it can be said that through a very elaborate work, with a participatory methodology and coordinated work, it has made possible to meet the objectives set out directly.
