Diseño del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo en Orbel Comercial S.A., con base a OHSAS 18001:2007

Abstract

Todo trabajo genera riesgos, que de no controlarse oportuna y adecuadamente, afectarán gravemente la salud de los trabajadores expuestos a ellos. La OIT viene celebrando conferencias tripartitas (representantes de los gobiernos, empresas, trabajadores) discutiendo y aprobando convenios que apunten a la solución de la anterior problemática. Los gobiernos posteriormente incluyen dichos convenios a su legislación nacional, plasmándolos en normas protectoras del trabajo. De acuerdo a lo anterior, se ha promulgado una norma que busca minimizar los riesgos a los que se exponen día a día los empleados y contribuir con el bienestar de ellos. La OHSAS 18001:2007, es una norma mediante la cual los empleadores pueden implementar un sistema de gestión y seguridad en el trabajo (SG-SST). Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, este trabajo de grado trata sobre el diseño del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo SG-SST, para Orbel Comercial S.A. del municipio de Almazora dentro la provincia de Castellón de la Plana y en la Comunidad Valenciana, la cual no ha iniciado aún dicho proceso. Para lograr el diseño del sistema de gestión del SG-SST, se inició con la elaboración del diagnóstico de la situación actual de Orbel Comercial S.A., con respecto al tema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Se realizó su respectiva valoración frente al cumplimiento del marco legal atingente y vigente en materia de SST. En el desarrollo del proyecto, se realizó el análisis de la norma, mediante una matriz resumida de OHSAS 18001. Por otra parte se realizó el diseño del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud, y una propuesta a partir del diagnóstico realizado.

Bearing the previous thing in mind, this work of degree designed a plan of management of the safety system and heal th in the work SG-SST, for Orbel Comercial S.A. of Almazora's municipality. To achieve the design of the plan of management of the SG-SST, there began with the production of the diagnosis of the current situation of Orbel Comercial S.A., with regard to the topic of safety and health in the work. His respective valuation was realized opposite to the fulfillment of the legal relating and in force frame as for SST. In the development of the project, the analysis of the procedure was realized, by the norm OHSAS 18001.
