Japonshop is a company located in Villarreal that intended to the commercialization of Asian and American foods, mainly Japanese. The aim of this marketing plan is to identify the opportunities that the company has, as well as its shortcomings and advantages over its competitors and the current environment.
In recent years, in Spain has been a rise in interest in the Japanese culture especially for gastronomy. This interest has made many Japanese companies to settle in our country and to devote their business to meet the needs of the consumer group that increasingly demand Japanese food.
On the one hand, an internal analysis of the company has been carried out to identify its characteristics, the resources and capabilities. An external analysis has also been carried out to observe the situation of the environment, the competition, the analysis of the market and of the consumers.
On the other hand, seven objectives have been established for the company to achieve this marketing plan, as well as strategies to make it more favorable. In addition, ten actions have been proposed with which the objectives can be achieved. Most of the actions are focused on the variable of the communication, because JaponShop already has some notoriety in the market due to its great use of social networks. Those will bring much more popularity.
What is more, we have detailed the duration and the start of the actions in a calendar, in addition to the budget to carry them out. Finally, the control methods for each of the objectives have been established to ensure that they are met correctly. [-]
