Abstract

The work that follows is about the economic - financial analysis of an investment project. This analysis focuses on the decision to acquire two automatic dowels, to incorporate them in the end of the production process of a tile factory. To carry out the project, there has been a constant communication between the author of the work and the company requesting the study. This study has been carried out with the purpose that the acquisition of the fixed assets is advantageous for the company, for it has been followed by an exhaustive study based on different situations seeing the different impacts that occurred in the company until giving with the one that The more it will conform to reality
