Prieto and Druni: comparative analysis of financial situation

Abstract

This work consists of an analysis of two companies of the same sector, which are Perfumeries Druni and Perfumeries Prieto. In order to find out which company has the best financial situation and then advise the investors in which company they have to invest. The method we used for the analysis of the companies is as follows: through the annual accounts, the ratios are calculated, with them we have drafted the report of the work. After analyzing the two companies both Druni and Prieto, we came to the conclusion to advise the investor to invest in Perfumeries Druni, because this company has expectations of growing up in the future, it is shown with the increase of investments, quite the contrary to Prieto that has come to a standstill. In addition, the shareholders of Druni receive more profitability than the shareholders of Prieto.
