Análisis de un proceso de asesoramiento en aprendizaje cooperativo en un centro de educación especial

Abstract

En este artículo se aborda el proceso de formación y acompañamiento en aprendizaje cooperativo de los miembros del claustro de un centro educativo de educación especial de Castellón de la Plana. Se trata de un estudio descriptivo que permite analizar la actitud del claustro hacia la innovación mediante el trabajo cooperativo, la colaboración profesional y la práctica cooperativa en las aulas. A través de diferentes instrumentos de recogida de datos se realiza el seguimiento del proceso de formación del profesorado que implica una reflexión en la acción. Finalmente, se aborda el rol que ejerce el psicopedagogo/a en este proceso como asesor colaborativo para que sean los propios profesionales los impulsores del cambio de la enseñanza en el centro.

In this article there is approached the process of formation and accompaniment in cooperative learning of the members of the cloister of an educational center of special education of Castellon de la Plana. It is a question of a descriptive study that it allows to analyze the attitude of the cloister towards the innovation by means of the cooperative work, the professional collaboration and the cooperative practice in the classrooms. Across different instruments of withdrawal of information there is realized the follow-up of the process of formation of the professorship that involves a reflection in the action. Finally, there is approached the role that the educational psychologist exercises in this process as collaborative adviser in order that they are the own professionals the impellers of the change of the education in the center.
