| dc.description.abstract | In the present final work of degree a business plan has been elaborated in the area of the sector of the restoration. For the development of the project it has been chosen for a typology of not existing company nowadays, a chain of restaurants of snack and healthy food destined for a faithful public to the world of the fitness. Along the work there will be elaborated an exhaustive analysis of the sector to which the company belongs as well as of his more immediate environment. Likewise a plan will be elaborated of marketing adapted to the needs of the company, of a plan of operations and of an economic and financial plan by the aim to demonstrate the viability of the project here exposed. | ca_CA |
