Internationalising Innnova Advanced Consulting

Abstract

Innova Advanced Consulting is a Microsoft Dynamics Partner which mission is to support and help other Microsoft Dynamics Partners when they need their services. The globalisation has expanded rapidly through the world, it has also arrived to the working world. For instance, nowadays, the projects and contracts are signed and handed out through the internet, then, it seems logical to expand the business to another country. The country chosen for Innova Advanced Consulting is the United States. After an early attempt from the company to start the internationalisation with their own business plan for the United States, they decided to remake the plan because the early stages were not going as planned. This paper attempts to improve the internationalisation business plan Innova Advanced Consulting has provided. The main objective of this project is to fill in the gaps the original business plan the company had, improving the internationalisation plan. In order to improve the business plan, background knowledge is given about the steps an internationalisation plan should have, then, the plan provided by the company is explained, and finally, an improved version of the internationalisation plan is developed. In addition, a conclusion briefly explains the comparison of the first business plan and the remade plan for this project.
