Gota a gota, juntos, haremos del mar rojo un mar azul

Abstract

En el siguiente trabajo se expone todo aquello que he aprendido durante estos meses y todo lo que ha supuesto para mí este máster. Después de haberlo cursado, me siento muy satisfecha de haberlo elegido ya que me ha servido tanto en mi ámbito personal, como también en mi experiencia laboral y académica. Aunque había leído de qué se trataba y de qué iban las asignaturas, las diferentes teorías, conceptos y prácticas de los profesores me han ido sorprendiendo cada vez más. Me ha motivado mucho para seguir mi trayectoria profesional por este camino y aplicar muchas cosas que nos han ido explicando a lo largo del máster sobre los empleados en las diferentes organizaciones y las intervenciones que podemos utilizar en estos contextos, hechos que explicaré en el apartado de competencias. Desde mi punto de vista, creo que la psicología positiva debería de expandirse más, ya que la perspectiva que muchos tienen de trabajo y de organización podría cambiar si se aplicara realmente este tipo de prácticas en las organizaciones.

In this report I would like to transmit all I have learnt during these moths and everything it has meant to me. After this course, I feel very satisfied for having chosen it, because this master's degree is helping me not only in my personal life but also in my working and academic experiences. Although I looked for all the information about it, along these moths, the master has surprised me more and more with the theories, concepts and practices that the teachers explained us. It has inspired me to follow my professional career in this way and to apply lots of things I learnt in this course over the employees in different organizations and the interventions that we can use in this contexts, practices that I will explain in the competences section. From my point of view, I think that the Positive Psychology should be expanded in the organizations, because the view that many people have about the job and the companies could change if these practices were developed.
