My project focuses on the recent demographic and political changes to American society and the country’s place in global affairs since 1991. For the theoretical section of the project, I will go into detail over the reasons behind those changes, as well as their implications. This is important in understanding how to overcome the current and potential problems Americans face in their society, as well as their country’s role in international affairs. The practical part of the project will be a student workshop that aims to increase direct dialogue between students of two different high schools in Washington DC.
