The document is divided into several parts. The first is an introduction to the subject,
followed by a theoretical framework that envolves our research. Then we will analyze
some specific cases about the topic. Finally we will end with the conclusions and an answer
to the hypothesis of the investigation proposed at the start.
The fashion industry and the world of aesthetics and beauty has evolved throughout
history in such a way that today we an consider something as beautiful when we thought it
was ugly or even sinister some time ago. Androgyny, blotchy skin, imperfect teeth, asymmetrical
bodies and faces or too big ears are trend in the fashion and modelling industry.
These models are the key to the brands which they work for, just because they are very
strong personal brands and make the companies much more social and near to the public.
With them we have seen an aesthetic rupture between traditional beauty and different
beauty, and the reason for it will be seen along this research. [-]
