Obediencia a la autoridad y comportamiento violento

Abstract

La obediencia a un superior supone el día a día para muchas personas en la sociedad actual, dividida en clases y jerarquías. El problema aparece cuando al llevar a cabo ciertas órdenes éstas implican un daño para terceras personas que nada tienen que ver con la relación entre jefe-subordinado. Supone este hecho un dilema para la persona en cuestión, que no sabe si realizar el mandato pese a las consecuencias, o revelarse frente a una autoridad establecida. Estas relaciones hace que nazcan también ciertos grupos sociales fundados para cometer conductas violentas y suponen un germen para la sociedad. Pero además, estos grupos presentan fuertes núcleos de unión entre ellos y respecto a un líder que los guía en su cometido.

The obedience to a superior person means a normal success for many people in our today's society, which is divided into classes and hierarchies. The problem occurs when we have to carry out certain orders that involve harm to other external agents and, these orders have no implication in the relationship between boss - subordinate. This fact implies a dilemma for the person in question, who does not know if assuming the mandate despite the consequences, or if disclosing against the established authority. These relationships also make certain groups be born which have been created to commit violent behaviors and which suppose a germ for society. In addition, these groups have strong unions between them and they present the respect to a leader who guides them in their duties.
