| dc.description | Adolfo Suárez González, Spanish Prime Minister, visited the CEC. This visit is part of the series of meetings which have taken place in the capitals of the Member States following Spain's request to join the CEC of 28 July 1977. The Prime Minister confirmed both his governement and the Spanish people's desire to becoming integrated in the EC and underlined the support of all Spanish political factions for European integration.
