Los mercados están sobresaturados y cada vez es más complicado abrirse paso en un entorno empresarial altamente competitivo, en este contexto nace el paradigma de un nuevo liderazgo empresarial sustentado en la diferenciación y el posicionamiento de la empresa. Centrándonos en el sector textil, cada vez son más las empresas que incluyen en sus planes empresariales la gestión estratégica de sus intangibles comunicativos para conseguir desmarcarse de su competencia. En este entorno, el segundo mayor grupo textil del mundo viene destacando con una gran expansión y acumulando un crecimiento consecutivo de veinticuatro meses, algo que llama nuestra atención y nos hace poner el foco en el uso y gestión que la empresa realiza sobre sus cuatro grandes intangibles comunicativos. Es el caso H&M. [-]

The markets are oversaturated and it is increasingly difficult to highlight in competitive business environment, in this context, comes a new business leadership supported by the differentiation and positioning the company. Focusing on the textile sector, more and more companies include in their business plans strategic management of communicative intangibles to achieve distance themselves from their competition. In this environment, the second largest textile group in the world is emphasizing by a large expansion and accumulating a twenty-four consecutive months of growth, that catches our attention and makes us put the focus on the use and management that the company makes on its four major communicative intangibles. This is the H&M case.
