Programa de tutoría entre iguales en un instituto de Almenara

Abstract

El trabajo expuesto a continuación, trata sobre la aplicación de un programa de tutoría entre iguales en un centro de secundaria de la provincia de Castellón. En este programa participó el alumnado de primero de ESO y de ambos cursos de bachillerato. Tras ver que año tras año al alumnado que entra por primera vez al instituto le supone un gran cambio, y en algunas ocasiones un problema, se consideró un buen método para hacer este proceso más fácil y llevadero. Para este programa de tutoría entre iguales se plantean tres hipótesis de trabajo; Dos sobre el rendimiento académico, mejorando el del TEI menor y manteniendo el del TEI mayor, además de pretender mejorar la convivencia en el centro. Tras los resultados obtenidos se observa que se cumplen las tres hipótesis planteadas y se acaba el trabajo con algunas propuestas de mejora para su implantación en años posteriores.

The work outlined below, talks about the application of a peer tutoring program in a secondary school in the province of Castellon. The contestants in this program were the students of the first course of secondary and both of baccalaureate courses. After seeing year after year students who have problems to adapt at the new centre and with the change that suppose went to the high school, it was considered a good method to make this process easier and bearable. For this peer tutoring program there are three possible hypotheses. Two on academic performance, improving their results for small TEI and keeping results for older TEI, plus pretend improve coexistence in the centre. After the results obtained shows that the three hypotheses are met and the work ends with some proposals for improvements to be implemented in subsequent years.
