Knowing how we feel and the proper way to regulate emotions and
empathize with others are key aspects of emotionally intelligent people. Emotional
Intelligence is essential for organisations. The aim of this study is to determine the type
of relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Personal Mastery discipline. The
empirical study was carried out thirty-six surveys in a multinational company located in
Castellón de la Plana; data have been analysed using statistical software to check if
there are any correlations. [-]
