Law 35/2010 has amended the legal labor regime in temporary agencies, with the stated purpose of transposing Directive 2008/104/EC into national legislation. Even so, the reform carried out goes beyond the requirements of that Directive, fitting into flexicurity guidelines developed at the European Union level. In this sense, it introduces some improvements in working conditions of these workers, but the changes made to provide greater external flexibility to companies have greater significance. In this sense, the scope of temporary agencies is broadened to works that were prohibited before by the special acces rules or because they are objectively dangerous. Thereby the claims made by these companies since its legalizacion are satisfied. [-]
