Violencia vicaria en la infancia y adolescencia. Análisis de datos entre 2013 hasta 2022

Abstract

La violencia de género tiene efectos significativos en los hijos e hijas de mujeres que sufren este tipo de violencia por parte de su pareja. Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar la situación actual con menores víctimas de violencia de género en España en diferentes niveles como el legislativo, en el ámbito de la investigación y la prevalencia de los menores expuestos a situaciones de violencia de género. Para ello, se ha realizado una revisión sistemática de artículos científicos y una recogida de datos estadísticos sobre violencia vicaria, infancia y adolescencia de las diferentes bases de datos del Ministerio de Igualdad. A partir de las evidencias, existe significativa inquietud sobre los menores expuestos a la violencia de género y sobre la necesidad de formar a los profesionales de los diferentes ámbitos de intervención, para paliar y mitigar estas situaciones con las que conviven, y es que la violencia de género tiene importantes consecuencias en el desarrollo psicosocial de este colectivo.

Gender violence has significant effects on the son and daughters on women’s children who suffer this type of violence from their partners. This study analyzes the current situation with underaged of gender violence in Spain at different levels as the legislative one, in the research and the prevalence of underage exposed to situations of gender violence. For this, the study has carried out a systematic review of scientific articles and a collection of statistical data on vicarious violence, childhood and adolescence from different database of Ministry of Equality. Based on the evidence, there is significant concern about underage exposed to gender violence and about the need to train professionals in the different areas of intervention, to alleviate and mitigate these situations with which they live, evidence that gender violence has important consequences in the psychosocial development of this group.
