La importancia de las relaciones interpersonales en la investigación inclusiva

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo pretende analizar las percepciones que tienen los integrantes de un grupo de investigación sobre la relación que existe entre los tres ejes centrales que se plantean desde el estudio: la responsabilidad social universitaria, la movilización del conocimiento y las relaciones interpersonales. Todo ello dentro del marco de la investigación inclusiva. Como objetivo general se persigue conocer cómo son las relaciones interpersonales en un grupo de investigación inclusiva y cómo influyen estas en la movilización del conocimiento y en el camino hacia la responsabilidad social universitaria. Metodológicamente se trata de un estudio de caso a partir del método cualitativo contemplado dentro del paradigma interpretativo. El estudio se llevó a cabo mediante la realización de un grupo focal en el cual participaron los 6 integrantes de un grupo de investigación inclusiva. Se obtienen en los resultados los aspectos que caracterizan sus relaciones interpersonales tanto a nivel interno del grupo como en relación con los agentes externos. Asimismo, se analiza la convergencia que existe entre las categorías principales y cómo estas se ven condicionadas en función de la calidad de sus relaciones en cuanto a: cómo afectan la resolución de conflictos, la empatía, aprender del error y del proceso, entre otras. Finalmente, en las discusiones y conclusiones se destaca la importancia de humanizar las acciones y generar la confianza para empoderar al agente y todo ello con dos factores indispensables como son la humildad y la necesidad del encuentro entre personas.

The following work aims to analyze the perceptions that the members of a research group have on the relationship that exists between the three central concepts that arise from the study: university social responsibility, the mobilization of knowledge and interpersonal relationships. All this within the framework of inclusive research. The general objective is to know what interpersonal relationships are like in an inclusive research group and how they influence the mobilization of knowledge on the way to university social responsibility. Methodologically, it is a case study based on the qualitative method contemplated within the interpretive paradigm. The study was carried out by conducting a focus group in which the 6 members of an inclusive research group participated. The results that characterize their interpersonal relationships are obtained both within the group and in relation to external agents. Likewise, the convergence that exists between the main categories is analyzed as well as how these are conditioned depending on the quality of their relationships in terms of: how they affect conflict resolution, empathy, learning from error and the process, among others. Finally, in the discussions and conclusions, the importance of humanizing actions and generating trust to empower the agent is highlighted; and all this thanks to two such indispensable factors — humility and the need for people to meet.
