(E) técnicas inclusivas de géneros y espacios susceptibles para la igualdad, diversidad e inclusividad.

Abstract

In this article, we present the origin and development of the Tècniqu(e)s Inclusiv(e)s de Gèner(e)s ac-tion, carried out in 2020 by the teachers of Fine Arts of Altea (UMH of Elche), in the university campus with the participation of students. This collaborative activity is part of the R&D Project “Raising aware-ness of gender equality and sexual diversity through artistic interventions in university contexts”, funded by the Generalitat Valenciana, Conselleria de Innovación, Universidades, Ciencia y Sociedad Digital (Reference: GV/2020/069). Tècniqu(e)s Inclusiv(e)s de Gèner(e)s is an artistic action that aims to break with gender stereotypes linked to artistic techniques and tools traditionally considered mascu-line or feminine. Starting from the initial action, carried out in the Altea Campus (UMH), replications were made in other organizations and academic and training institutions of the Valencian Community and other communities. This action, called with the acronym (e), is framed as a case study within the Gender Workshop on Inclusive Visual Identity to highlight the Susceptible Spaces for Gender Equality and Diversity and Inclusivity in the specific context of artistic studies through the creation of new inclu-sive graphics. This Workshop was aimed at teachers in a nursery, primary and secondary schools of the Generalitat Valenciana. To show the development of the action (e) and the Workshop, it has been carried out a visual contextualization of the antecedents and the concepts addressed: gender equality, sexual diversity and inclusiveness. In the same way, we will expose the process of both works and their results.

En este artículo presentamos el origen y desarrollo de la acción Tècniqu(e)s Inclusiv(e)s de Gèner(e)s, realizada en 2020 por los profesores de Bellas Artes de Altea (UMH de Elche), en el campus universi-tario con la participación de los estudiantes. Esta actividad colaborativa forma parte del Proyecto de I+D “Sensibilización en igualdad de género y diversidad sexual mediante intervenciones artísticas en contextos universitarios”, financiado por la Generalitat Valenciana, Conselleria de Innovación, Univer-sidades, Ciencia y Sociedad Digital (Referencia: GV/2020/069). Tècniqu(e)s Inclusiv(e)s de Gèner(e)es una acción artística que pretende romper con los estereotipos de género vinculados a técnicas artísticas y herramientas consideradas tradicionalmente como masculinas o femeninas. Partiendo de la acción inicial realizada en el Campus de Altea (UMH) se realizaron réplicas en otros organismos e instituciones académicas y formativas de la Comunidad Valenciana y otras comunidades. Esta acción, denominada con el acrónimo (e), se enmarca como caso de estudio dentro del Taller de Género sobre Identidad Visual Inclusiva, con el propósito de resaltar y/o destacar los Espacios Susceptibles para la Igualdad y Diversidad de Género e Inclusividad en el contexto específico de los estudios artísticos a través de la creación de nuevos grafismos inclusivos. Este Taller fue dirigido al profesorado de centros educativos de infantil, primaria y secundaria de la Generalitat Valenciana. Para mostrar el desarrollo de la acción (e) y del Taller se ha realizado una contextualización visual de los antecedentes y de los conceptos abordados (igualdad de género, diversidad sexual e inclusividad), del mismo modo que expondremos el proceso de ambos trabajos y sus resultados.
