m´as avanzada como FHE (Fully Homomorphic Encryption) [-]

A neural network for processing chest radiographs has been developed during the internship,
under the RADIANT (Intelligent Precision RADiology in Urgent Care processes) research project of the HPCA research unit of the department of engineering and computer science of the
UJI. Based on the development of this neural network and the confidentiality problem that
patients may suffer when the X-rays are sent to an external specialized analysis server, this
final degree project raises the possibility of using a type of cryptography that could solve this
problem. Homomorphic cryptography enables the analysis of encrypted radiographs through a
neural network, where even the results of the analysis are encrypted, guaranteeing total confidentiality of patients during the process. This final degree project will conclude the current
feasibility of using this type of cryptography, as it also has a large number of disadvantages.
To do so, a survey of the current state of homomorphic cryptography will be made. Starting
from the basic definitions and algorithms, the different types of homomorphic cryptography will
be defined, starting from the simple PHE ( Partially Homomorphic Encryption), to the more
advanced FHE (Fully Homomorphic Encryption). [-]
