DISEÑO DE UN PROGRAMA DE FORMACIÓN PARA LOS ORIENTADORES EDUCATIVOS: ASESORAMIENTO Y ORIENTACIÓN HACIA PRÁCTICAS MÁS INCLUSIVAS EN EL CONTEXTO ESCOLAR

Abstract

La diversidad es una realidad que se manifiesta continuamente tanto en el ámbito escolar como en el ámbito social, es por ello que surge la necesidad y el término de inclusión. Pero, ¿qué papel juega en ella la figura del orientador? ¿cómo han evolucionado sus funciones y qué dificultades aparecen en su figura? La psicopedagogía es una pieza clave en la inclusión, término que reivindica la diferencia, por lo que para poder hacer frente a las dificultades que se presentan y poder desarrollar prácticas más inclusivas y bajo la oportunidad que surge para avanzar en este camino con la nueva normativa de la Comunidad Valenciana sobre la inclusión: el Decreto 104/2018 y la Orden 20/2019, el presente estudio tiene como objetivo realizar una propuesta de formación para orientadores con el fin de ofrecer herramientas y estrategias para asesorar y acompañar a los docentes que son los profesionales que ponen en práctica estos recursos en el aula, en este proceso de cambio hacia prácticas más inclusivas dentro del contexto escolar. Respondiendo así también a la necesidad real de formar a los orientadores. Así pues, la inclusión es un derecho, por tanto, como conclusión la escuela tiene un papel fundamental para evitar que la diversidad se convierta en desigualdad de oportunidades y es la figura del orientador la que debe poseer los conocimientos, prácticas y apoyos necesarios para los docentes. La formación en los docentes es un elemento clave y necesario.

Responding also to the real need to train the counselors. Inclusion is therefore a right, therefore, as a conclusion the school has a fundamental role to play in preventing diversity from becoming an inequality of opportunity and it is the figure of the counselor who must possess the necessary knowledge, practices and support for teachers. Teacher training is a key and necessary element.
