This study consists of a marketing plan developed for Marazzi Iberia S.L.U, a Spanish
ceramics company belonging to the Italian group Marazzi, with its headquarters in
Castellón de la Plana. Despite being a leader in the sector in the province, it does not
attract as many clients as expected and, as a result, sales are dropping, due to factors such
as the high competence in the region.
Today, we live in a globalized world where the use of digital media and social networks
is generally essential, but specially for a company that wants to be successful, so that its
clients know its products and services, to grow and to increase its sales. That is why, since
it has been observed that Marazzi Iberia's revenues are decreasing and the digital issue is
being neglected, this marketing plan will be oriented to improve, primarily, its
advertising, to reach more clients, and to increase sales and revenues.
After developing an internal and external analysis of the business, the objectives to be
achieved will be established, which are to increase sales, customer satisfaction, and regain
positions in the ceramics province ranking. Then, the strategies and actions to carry them
out will be detailed, which are to create specific actions for Marazzi Iberia, such as a logo
and profiles on social media and, overall, to improve promotion and presence on digital
media. Next, the economic projections, for increasing sales by a 15%, and its subsequent
control will be specified, and finally the conclusions and references used will be shown. [-]
