This project provides an overall view of employees’ frustration within their sales companies in
order to help managers and salespeople deal with it effectively. In order to achieve this goal, a
quantitative study has been carried out regarding the most common frustrating situations
according to Dubinsky and Lippitt (1979) and its possible solutions. Furthermore, some
additional possible frustrating factors have been also analysed alongside with other strategies
to overcome employees’ frustration. The variable of gender and experience and also the
possible types of salespeople have been analysed during the whole study as possible factors to
consider as each individual can be affected by different situations and they can also deal with
frustration using different methods. After conducting this study, the main results in this research
suggest the most usual salespeople’s frustration in sales companies. A distinction among
participants has been made by introducing the variables of gender and experience. [-]
