Currently, the Final Master's Project (TFM) of the Master's Degree in Compulsory
Secondary Education and Baccalaureate, Vocational Training and Language Teaching of
the Jaume I University, is developed, in the specialty of Experimental Sciences and
Technology, which is classified within of the modality 3. Planning and/or Curricular
Programming, and its title is "DIDACTIC PROGRAMMING OF TECHNOLOGY OF 1º ESO".
This programming has been contextualized in the IES Vicent Castell i Doménech, in
Castelló de la Plana, for the 2019/2020 school year, so the characteristics of the center
and its students have been taken into account during its design.
This planning will be a guide for the second full trimester and part of the first trimester
of 1st of ESO in the subject of Technology, with which it is intended that the students
achieve the objectives and competences of Compulsory Secondary Education, specified
in the Real Decree 87/2015, of June 5, of the Consell, by which the curriculum is
established and develops the general organization of the Compulsory Secondary
Education and the Baccalaureate in the Valencian Community.
The main objectives to be achieved are to awaken students' interest in learning and train
them so that in the future they will enter and participate in a constantly evolving
technological society, in which they must be competent and implement their knowledge
in a great variety of areas. To do this, students must acquire an overview of technology,
from which they are made to reflect on the importance of technologies and their
continued development in the globalized world in which they live.
To achieve these objectives, planning the teaching-learning process is of vital
importance, since it is the only way to anticipate unforeseen events and carry out the
teaching exercise correctly.
The methodology used during programming corresponds mainly to a methodology
based on cooperative learning and project-based learning, which the students will carry
out autonomously, being themselves the protagonists of their own learning. [-]
