Propuesta de intervención didáctica para la mejora de la velocidad y comprensión lectora

Abstract

En este trabajo se pretende realizar una breve aproximación teórica de lo que son las dificultades del aprendizaje para, después centrarse en una dificultad específica del aprendizaje más concreta, la dislexia. A continuación, definiremos el término dislexia, enunciaremos y explicaremos cuales son las causas de este trastorno, los tipos que existen y las características que presentan los niños con esta DEA en el aula. Después, veremos una propuesta didáctica en la que se pretende combatir o disminuir la dislexia en alumnado de primaria en un entorno de máxima inclusión. Esta intervención estará formada por dos partes. Por un lado, la primera parte se realizará a partir de un programa de software libre llamado Katamotz y se centrará en la mejora de la velocidad lectora. Por otro lado, la segunda parte de la intervención estará destinada a mejorar la comprensión lectora a través de un conjunto de fichas. Una vez analizada y probada la propuesta didáctica, veremos los resultados obtenidos en esta y se comprobará si ha habido una mejora de la capacidad lectora de estos sujetos, si se ha conseguido que los niños y niñas aumenten la velocidad a la que leen y si esto ha servido para motivarles y que aumenten sus ganas de leer. Finalmente, veremos las conclusiones en las que aparecen medidas para trabajar con el alumnado con DEA en el aula de primaria y el objetivo que se quería conseguir a partir de este trabajo, mejorar la comprensión y la velocidad lectora.

In this paper we intend to make a brief theoretical approach to what the learning difficulties are and then focus on a specific learning difficulty, dyslexia. Next, we will define the term dyslexia, we will enunciate and explain what are the causes of this disorder, the types that exist and the characteristics that children with this AED present in the classroom. Afterwards, we will see a didactic proposal in which we intend to combat or diminish dyslexia in primary school students in an environment of maximum inclusion. This intervention will consist of two parts. On the one hand, the first part will be carried out using a free software program called Katamotz and will focus on improving reading speed. On the other hand, the second part of the intervention will be aimed at improving reading comprehension through a set of cards. Once the didactic proposal has been analysed and tested, we will see the results obtained in this one and we will check if there has been an improvement in the reading capacity of these subjects, if it has been possible to get the children to increase the speed at which they read and if this has served to motivate them and increase their desire to read. Finally, we will see the conclusions in which there are measures to work with AED students in the primary classroom and the objective that we wanted to achieve from this work, to improve comprehension and reading speed.
