dc.description.abstractThe main aim of this project was the development and validation of a method for the quantification of different polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and the detection of pesticides in fish feed samples. In this study sample treatment was based on QuEChERS (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged and Safe) and the determination was carried out by using gas chromatography coupled to triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometry with atmospheric pressure chemical ionization (GC-APCI-QqQ MS/MS).ca_CA
