This thesis is a presentation of the intercultural differences that should be taken into account
for the successful functioning of a company. I have selected this topic after having done my
internship in Spanish company Consortia Consultores (CC) located in Valencia, Madrid and
Malaga. It is a company for the internationalization of the other enterprises mostly from Spain to
the international market and taking into account interculturality seems to be one one of the main
tasks the work on.
The purpose of this Master Thesis is to examine the possible website advantages or
disadvantages on the e-commerce of Consortia Consultores company and their work. In addition,
with intercultural boundaries that has a big impact in the process of doing business. When a
smaller enterprise (SS) wants to expand on the international market, there are some intercultural
differences which could go in their favour or, on the other hand, could be an unfavourable
circumstance for the both sides, the company and a client. [-]
