This is a theoretical review document on emotional intelligence, neuroleadership and performance evaluation. It is divided into three blocks:
A first block that develops the concept of performance evaluation, its evolution and the main methodologies used to evaluate employees.
A second block where emotional intelligence is conceptualized and the main models of this discipline are described. The neuroleadership concept is also introduced.
In the last block, the existence of the relationship between emotional intelligence, neuroleadership and performance evaluation is assessed, as well as to what extent EI and neuroleadership can assist in the implementation of new methodologies for evaluating the performance employees. [-]
