Public ethics is having more importance for citizens. Given the multiple cases of
corruption in
Spain in which the public administration has been involved in it, it has
unleashed a great social distrust in the public officials and the institutions. The corruption
is one of the most important problems that the government must confront now and that
must be prevented and punished by the judicial system. In many studies made by different
organizations that we will study we can see the great concern and the perception of
society by corruption. The Transparency 19/2013 law was born as a measure to finish
corruption in the Public Administration. [-]
