Modelo de intervención cognitivo-conductual e interdisciplinar ante conductas disruptivas en el aula

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación, consiste en dar respuesta interdisciplinar, es decir, a través de todas las materias, ante las conductas disruptivas. Un procedimiento de actuación que interfiere para una mejora del estado cognitivo y conductual, en términos generales del aula. La base del modelo de intervención se asienta sobre teorías de aprendizaje conductistas y constructivistas, metodologías más innovadoras del siglo XXI como el eje motivador en el alumnado, y la educación en valores para la reconfiguración interior y orientación general del comportamiento. La investigación se realiza en base a la metodología de estudio de dos casos concretos y todos los sujetos participes en el aula; con la obtención de información de diversas fuentes de registro in situ. Se analizan dos variables: la evolución de la frecuencia y el grado de intensidad de las conductas disruptivas, y el incremento del rendimiento académico desde el inicio de la intervención hasta el final. La muestra de resultados cuantitativos y cualitativos expresan las diferencias significativas, entre las fases de la intervención, de las dos variables, tanto ambos casos como a nivel grupal. La formulación de las conclusiones ayuda a generar una visión global de los efectos de la aplicación del modelo, así como establecer una posible difusión.

The present research work consists in giving an interdisciplinary answer, that is, through all the school subjects, in the face of disruptive behaviors. An intervention procedure that interferes for an improvement of the cognitive and behavioral state, in general terms of the classroom. The basis of the intervention model is based on behaviorist and constructivist learning theories, the most innovative methodologies of the 21st century as the motivating axis in the students, and education in values for the internal reconfiguration and general orientation of behavior. The research is based on the methodology of studying two specific cases and all the students in the classroom; with obtaining information from various sources of registration based on reality. Two variables are analyzed: the evolution of the frequency and the degree of intensity of disruptive behaviors, and the increase of academic success from the beginning of the intervention until the end. The sample of quantitative and qualitative results expresses the significant differences, between the phases of the intervention, of the two variables, as well as in both cases as a group level. The formulation of the conclusions helps to generate a global vision of the effects of the application of the model, as well as to establish a possible diffusion.
