The growing popularity of servant leadership in recent years has positioned it as a new field of research within the branch of leadership. As well as its importance within organizations. The main objective of this work is to study the effect of the perceived characteristics of the servant leadership within the organization and its relation with the job satisfaction of the employees. To carry this out, in the first place, a theoretical revision has been made on the subject in question, later, an empirical study has been developed on two companies of the same sector that develop activities of accounting, bookkeeping, auditing and tax advice. Study that has been constituted through the realization of the Servant Leadership Survey, proposed by D. V. Dierendonck and I. Nuijten, to 7 workers of each company, and the analysis of its effects through the Microsoft Excel program. [-]
