La Constitución Española de 1978, en su reparto de competencias legislativas entre el Estado y las Comunidades Autónomas, remite la regulación jurídica del turismo rural al ámbito autonómico. En su virtud, son ya catorce los territorios autónomicos que, ejerciendo tal competencia, se han dotado de las correspondientes normas. Por razones obvias de extensión , se divide su análisis en dos partes, siendo el presente artículo la primera de ellas, en la que se aborda el régimen jurídico del turismo rural en Aragón, Asturias, Canarias, Cantabria, Castilla-León, Cataluña y Extremadura. The Spanish Constitution of 1978, in its division of legislative powers between the State and the autonomous communities, assigns the juridical regulation of rural tourism to the autonomic power. In view of this, and making use of their competence, fourteen autonomic territories have already set out the corresponding norms. Due to obvious reasons of space, the analysis of them is divided into two parts, beeing this paper the first one. It contains an approach to the juridical system of rural tourism in Aragon, Asturias, the Canary Islands, Cantabria, Castilla-León, Catalonia and Extremadura. [-]
