Schizophrenia is a highly disabling disease that causes cognitive decline in memory,
attention and executive functions. This cognitive decline predicts another decline in
psychosocial functioning of person, and it consequently causes social skills problems,
job searching problems, studies problems and person independence. Therefore, if people
with schizophrenia train cognitive function using cognitive rehabilitation activities, they
will consequently develop much better functionally. During the course of this project
we have made on one hand, a theoretical review to all the functional problems that have
this amount of people. We have explained as well what is needed to achieve cognitive
rehab to be able to use the therapeutic techniques when is needed. On the other hand, we
have done an adaptation of three exercises for schizophrenia people to decrease their
cognitive deterioration and help them to achieve a better psychological level. [-]
