Competencias desarrolladas en el máster

Abstract

¿Qué es lo que lleva a un enfermero de una unidad pediátrica de un hospital de Barcelona, que anteriormente se había dedicado a viajar por el mundo para mostrar, en su país de origen, en exposiciones y documentales las condiciones de trabajo en el mundo, además de especializarse en las peores formas de trabajo infantil, matriculado en un Máster de Psicología del Trabajo? La respuesta no puede ser más evidente: interés por entender los mecanismos internos de las estructuras laborales desde el punto de vista de organización de los recursos humanos, por entender sus dinámicas internas, por relacionar teoría y práctica para entender los procesos que las generan y se retroalimentan, por añadir luz a ciertas prácticas oscuras del mundo laboral, pero, por encima de todo, interés por seguir en el mundo del trabajo, como trabajador ajeno al mundo académico y como investigador aportando experiencia y práctica a las teorías, antes pintando con luz y ahora haciéndolo con palabras. En el contexto actual de escasez y precarización del trabajo, de injusticias salariales y, por ende, sociales, del más que nunca necesario eterno aprendizaje en teorías que llevarán a mejores prácticas, el objetivo, ya no de fotógrafo, no puede ser otro que el aprender y reflexionar para aportar visiones y herramientas que contribuyan y midan, que estimulen y enriquezcan, que sean sostenibles humanamente y, por tanto, también socialmente, en el tiempo y tengan como fin último producir trabajadores productivos, pero, por encima de todo, felices en su tiempo y lugar en el mundo.

Why a nurse working in the pediatric unit of a hospital in Barcelona, who once devoted himself to travel the world in order to show in his own country, by exhibitions and documentaries, the working conditions in the world, especially the worst forms of child labor, why, as we said, is this nurse now enrolled in a MA in Organizational Psychology? The answer to this question cannot be more obvious: the reason lies in his interest to understand the mechanisms that explain organizational structures from a human resources point of view, to understand their internal dynamics, by linking theory and practice in order to understand the processes that generate these organizational structures, and to show light to certain dark practices in the world of labor. His main interest is, however, to continue working on this field, as a worker not belonging to the academic world but also as a researcher providing experience and practice to theories, formerly painting with light and now painting with words. In the current context of scarcity and job insecurity, wage inequalities and, therefore, social inequalities, and in a world where, more than ever, eternal learning theories that lead to best practices are necessary, my goal is learning and reflecting on how to provide tools that can be used to contribute and measure, to stimulate and transform, that are sustainable from a human and social point of view and that aim to make productive and, especially, happier employees.
