Why this topic?
I've always had a great curiosity for human resources, but I have always known as something new and modern. But as is logical, human resources born many years ago and have slowly evolved. Therefore, I have tried to explain in a technical way, as has been its evolution, what have been the challenges, and future trends.
The main objective is to understand the evolution and transformation undergone by the concept of human resources over the past decades and especially in the last 20 years, where continuous improvement technologies, organizational changes, and structural in much of the companies has made extreme diversify the concept itself.
The purpose of this document is to explore the present and future evolution. First, a short introduction about the history evolution and the mains events. The project examines and develops various concepts that have been used to name the concept of human resources.
This document represents a theoretical and historical review from the need to understand what it is, how companies should act in the future. The document refers to the existing literature on various relevant articles and books on the subject are provided.
The world of work has undergone dramatic and profound changes. As a result, in order to successfully overcome the emerging challenges such as challenges, through practically all areas and continue to increase profitability and improve the position within a market, organizations must strive to attract, retain and develop the human resources department and talent of future employees in its ranks. The literature highlights the importance of the concept and the new organizational models as facilitators of business success. [-]
