internacionales. [-]

Nowadays, are frequent commercial transactions between two or more countries.
The International Trade is the exchange of products and services between the
different countries of the world, both that belonging to the same economic area like
which not. The commercial activities can be controversial. The International Chamber
of Commerce has created the Incoterms, a set of international rules for the most
commonly use trade; Uniform Customs and Practice for Documentary Credits and
Model Mergers & Acquisitions Contract. Thus, they eliminate any possibility of
misunderstanding and disputes. However, when discrepancies have arisen, one of
the aim of the International Court of Arbitration is to provide a mechanism for the
international dispute settlement. [-]
