OCD is a manageable disease when using appropriate interventions. The treatment for OCD is limited due to the lack of professionals with appropriate training and the high costs of treatment. The techniques of traditional treatment as are the exposure and response prevention, as well as the cognitive-behavioral therapy are effective, but there was a higher demand than supply of clinical therapist who will be able to rectify the quality of life of the patients. The inclusion and access to new information and communication technologies, providing help in the expansion of treatment, the total confidentiality and protect the privacy of the user without falling into the social stigmatization. ICTS in the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder provide evidence that they are effective psychological treatments (TPE). This literature review focuses on the studies carried out by Nakagawa, A, Greist, J.H and Andersson, G using the techniques BT steps (computer program of self-help to evaluate and treat OCD through the EPR, based on IVR: interactive responses of voice) and ICBT (cognitive-behavioral therapy based on the Internet).
